1 Housing for Governor's School For The Arts Faculty - June 6 - 30, 2025. Please note, a few of the 25 spaces may need to move in earlier on June 5 through June 6, 2025. Most check-outs will be on June 30, 2025; however, a few may check out on July 1, 2025. Early check-in's and check-out's would be maybe 5 people. Governor's School for or the Arts invites faculty, artists, and professors from institutions throughout the United States. Lodging for our guests should be the best that represents our MTSU community. 1. Preferred Amenities Preferred Amenities, in order of priority, are desired and are listed below. Vendor will include in proposal a list of available amenities. 1. At least a two-star rating from a source such as AAA 2. Interior corridors for safety 3. Security 4. Laundry 5. Free Parking 6.
