Services to be rendered: Mowing, grass trimming (weed eating), blowing and end-of-fall-season leaf removal of stated properties. 12.7.1.2. Mow once per week to a finished height of between three (3) and five (5) inches. 12.7.1.3. GLY 4 may be applied but only at the base of fencing, up against walls and concrete, and in the bed areas when used to treat single areas of weed growth. 12.7.1.4. Widespread spraying that would allow chemicals to be applied other than on the target areas is not permitted. 12.7.1.5. The service provider is required to make sure all personnel gates are closed while and during cutting services are occurring within secure areas. 12.7.1.6. The decorative grasses and flowers are to be cut back or topped (deadheaded) by the service provider selected by the City pursuant to this procurement solicitation, once in the spring and again once in the fall (autumn) or once foliage has completed its cycle.
