1. Pick up refuse within 24 hours of a request 2. Pick up refuse the same business day if a pick up is requested before noon, and the next business day if a pick up is requested after noon. 3. Refuse removal pick up times must comply with all City of St. Cloud noise ordinances. 4. Deliver extra containers for special events within 48 hours of the request 5. Adjust service schedules to accommodate the needs of the College fluctuations in pick-up schedules occurring during interim periods such as College closing and opening. 6. Provide all containers in “like new” condition and maintain them in excellent repair and sanitary condition at all times. 7. Clean up container(s), leakage and a site when trash or recycling is outside of the container as a result of full containers, equipment failure or maintenance needs. 8. The vendor shall provide containers of the appropriate configuration to fit its location, In other words, provide containers with lower sides when the container is filled from the ground, and provide containers with higher sides when used at a loading dock. 9. Be responsible for damage caused by the vendor to College-owned equipment or property. 10. Dispose of refuse and recyclable materials at a state approval disposal site. Follow county-required Waste and Recycling Plan and the goals stated that plan. 11. Invoice the College monthly. 12. Provide power requirements for compactors if used and the College will provide the power at its cost. 13. Plan for a single sort system. All recyclable materials will be placed in the same container. 14. Contractors may substitute larger bins at their cost (e.g. substitute 34 cubic yard container for a 30 cubic yard container). 15. Provide quarterly reports of recycling material and quantities. 16. The College may, upon 14 days written notice to the Contractor: 17. Increase or decrease the number of containers required by this vendor at the unit price. 18. Increase or decrease the frequency of a pickup at the unit price. 19.
