The demolition of residential, commercial, and various types and sizes of secondary structures. These structures will be condemned by Spartanburg County and ordered to be demolished. On all structures, Spartanburg County will have conducted pre-demolition asbestos testing on each structure ordered to be demolished. Spartanburg County provide the demolition contractor with results of said testing. These structures may or may not contain friable material requiring abatement, project design, air monitoring and reporting. Spartanburg County will provide the vendor for project design, air monitoring and reporting. The demolition vendor will be responsibility for contacting monitoring vendor before beginning demolition. The contractor shall remove all demolition debris.
