The Office of School Choice & Enrollment is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive media buying services as well as develop media and advertising strategies that will effectively showcase the diverse theme-based magnet programs offered by New Haven Public Schools. This initiative supports the district's comprehensive school choice process, which occurs annually from January to March. Additionally, the selected vendor will collaborate with the Office of School Choice & Enrollment to ensure the strategic placement of commercials, radio advertisements, print media, and digital promotions. The objective is to reach a clearly defined target audience based on geographic location, family size, race, and educational attainment.
