The Contractor shall provide food service for the Southeastern Mental Health Authority’s Brief Care Program located at 401 West Thames Street, Building 301, Norwich, CT at the rate set forth in Exhibit B. Contractor shall prepare and package meals off-Site at the Contractor’s facility. Meals must be packaged and delivered to the Site ready to serve. Contractor shall be responsible for serving the packaged meals to patients. Contractor shall provide three (3) meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) per day, seven (7) days a week three-hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year. The Contractor shall Perform Services in accordance with the Contract and all Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, principles, applications and guidelines concerning all food handling and preparation safety standards and operations. Contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with the Performance of the Contract. Contractor shall be responsible for cleaning and the disposal of trash generated while serving meals at the Site
