III. SCOPE OF WORK A. The Contractor agrees to treat the exterior and interior of the premises to control rodents, ants, roaches, crickets, fleas, and all vermin. Spraying shall include all baseboards, and under and around all refreshment machines and tables of the building. Insecticides should be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. B. The Contractor shall set up bait stations, traps, and catch-alls to exterminate rats and mice, as well as spread granules around the perimeter of the building to control ants. C. The Contractor will spray outside of the building and grounds, particularly in areas such as storage and trash that tend to harbor pests, with approved insecticides and/or other materials. D. Spraying and/or dusting of insecticides and rodent control materials will be done according to the highest standards of the industry, and in conformance with local and state regulations regarding extermination practices. E. The Contractor is to provide Material and Safety Data Sheets upon request by the Office Manager.
