The following scope of work is noted as the minimum requirements as follows: Washing -Due to EPA regulations, the surfaces will not be washed. Pre paint Preparations -All raw wood will be primed with Mad Dog or equivalent Primer. -All sidings and trim will be caulked, and nail holes will be filled as needed. Painting/ Staining -The siding will be coated with TWO coats of a high-quality Benjamin Moore product in the existing color and sheen. -Depending on coverage, trim will be painted with ONE or TWO coats of a high-quality Benjamin Moore Paint in the existing color and sheen. -Depending on coverage, the doors will be painted with ONE or TWO coats of the existing color and sheen. -Depending of coverage, the decking will be painted with ONE or TWO coats of existing color and sheen in a high quality Benjamin Moore product or a competitor’s equivalent. -No work is to be done to any vinyl surfaces, any railings or painted surfaces above the roof line, or to any of the window sashes unless otherwise discussed and signed off on as a change order. Cleanup -A thorough cleaning of the grounds will be done. -All trash will be collected and taken off site. -All paint will be left with the homeowner for future touch ups and color reference.
