This Project generally consists of the installation and integration of a new sewer pump station into an existing sanitary sewer system with associated collection system, building and site improvements including; existing building renovations and a new electrical controls building addition with associated mechanical and electrical systems, force main pipe, fittings, gravity sewer pipe, fittings and manholes, concrete wet well and valve vault with the installation of owner supplied pumps, discharge elbows and equipment, electrical panels, supervisory control and data acquisition system interface, grading, drainage and storm improvements, concrete slab on grade, sidewalk, curb and gutter and roadway patching, landscape improvements, coordination with local utilities, and other miscellaneous and incidental work.
