The City’s cleaning tasks and frequency thereof are listed in Attachment A. Floor plans for each facility are attached as Attachment B, and are illustrated to match the categories listed in Attachment A. The Contractor will be required to adjust the City Hall cleaning schedule to accommodate a meeting schedule provided by the City Clerk monthly. Cleaning of all meeting areas should occur after all scheduled meetings of that day. All other facilities shall have cleaning schedules that commence after regular building hours (8am – 5pm). Where nightly cleanings are specified in Attachment A, City Hall and Public Works shall be cleaned Monday through Friday, inclusive. The Police Department shall be cleaned Sunday through Friday, inclusive.
