Through this RFA, the State is seeking to select one Grantee to both develop and execute learning directly to all identified stakeholders on the implementation of the state’s literacy initiative “Acceleration for All” that focuses on the implementation of HQIM for all students, specifically focused on how to ensure meaningful access to Tier I HQIM for students with disabilities (SWD) who may also be English Learners (EL), or students classified as Economically Disadvantaged (ED) by the state of Tennessee. These learning opportunities will help leaders and educators apply best practices related to access points within their HQIM and ensure student accommodations and instructional scaffolds are leveraged to ensure that all students successfully access and benefit from Tier I HQIM. These learning opportunities will include: 4 • In-person learning convenings for district leaders in each of the eight CORE regions • Virtual learning convenings for school leaders in each of the eight CORE regions • Asynchronous learning modules for school leaders and educators supporting all students’ success and meaningful progress with grade-level content while engaged in high-quality Tier I instructional materials • Alignment of resources focused on SWD and those SWD who may also be ED or ELs. • Event planning for convenings and logistical communications to all stakeholders
