Project Overview MnDOT requests proposals for Measuring Transportation Equity Investments Using Justice40 Principles. MnDOT is committed to ensuring equitable outcomes in transportation investments. This project aims to develop and pilot a methodology for achieving this goal using Justice40 principles. This project is expected to enable project managers to identify and prioritize opportunities that benefit disadvantaged communities. This project presents a strategic approach to measuring equity in transportation investments and embedding equity principles into MnDOT's transportation project management processes.
