Scope of Work: The City of Ely (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to provide engineer preliminary designs for the Central Ely Sewer Upgrade project to include replacement of sewer lines, connect fifty-nine sewer lines, remove approximately eight existing manholes, repair approximately ten damaged utilities and install new ground cover. The engineering firm or individual selected by the Ely City Council will engineer construction drawings, manage contractor’s compliance with EPA requirements and inspect installation.
