TxDOT is seeking information regarding industry standards, best practices, potential performance measures, cost structures, or pricing methodologies and any additional information that would apply to services to provide secured printing, addressing, mailing, and filing of W-2s and 1099s, with the option for electronic delivery. Additionally, TxDOT is requesting information, to include but not limited to, regarding: - Procedures for mailing and transmitting 1099s and W-2s within deadlines established by the IRS and the SSA. - Address verification services to ensure address is a valid mailing address prior to mailing. - Provide option for electronic delivery (e-filing). Software solution must: Provide all types of IRS form 1099, provide for e-filing the 1099s and W-2s with the IRS and corrected 1099 and W-2 forms.
