ACHD is seeking proposals to provide a cloud calling platform that will replace the existing onpremises VoIP system (NEC PBX) which will soon be discontinued and no longer supported by the manufacturer. The goal is to provide ACHD staff with a modern, flexible, and scalable desk phone calling solution that allows staff to be more accessible and productive. The firm selected will be the firm who, in the sole opinion of ACHD, is qualified to provide the best solution. 1. The calling platform must have the ability to immediately support a minimum of 500 users, and 100 simultaneous calls. It must include 10 fax numbers, 11 common area phones, 10 Receptionist stations, 14 conference rooms, and support for 5 office locations. 2. The calling platform must be able to scale and grow with ACHD as the staff count grows and new office facilities are added. 3. The vendor will provide implementation support and training for users. 4. The vendor will provide 100 compatible desk phones. 5. The vendor will provide publicly listed phone and fax number porting for ACHD’s existing phone numbers. 6. The vendor will collaborate with ACHD to establish a project implementation plan. The project plan will correlate with departmental priorities outlined by ACHD.
