The City of Willcox is looking for a landscape contractor to remove turf, reconstruct irrigation systems to smart irrigation systems, and install hardscape and other drought-tolerant and landscape materials at the Sunset Cemetery. The ideal timeline for construction will begin in December 2024 and conclude in January 2025. Being able to fulfill this timeline will not preclude bids from being considered or accepted by the City of Willcox. The scope of work is according to the design plans attached as Exhibit A. The City reserves the right to value engineer aspects of the scope of work to fit budget requirements. Costs for each bulleted line item should be included as part of the bid. The map in Exhibit A shows the existing layout. All numbers are approximate. As currently planned, the curbing and turf installation is planned to cover existing graves. The actual build may vary slightly.
