The successful vendor will deliver the following objectives and tasks: 1. General Project Objectives a. Install S2 Access Control security systems in (18) eighteen court facilities listed in Appendix E in this RFP. b. Install Axis IP based security camera systems in (35) thirty-five court facilities listed in Appendix E in this RFP. c. Install DMP Alarm system in (19) nineteen court facilities listed in Appendix E in this RFP. d. Vendor must supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. The vendor must provide said services to the satisfaction of the AOC and in accordance with the specifications. 2. Task 1 – S2 Access Control security system a. Design and install fully integrated and functioning S2 Access control system. b. Connect all sites to the S2 Controller at the Administrative Office of Courts (AOC). No new controllers are to be installed at the individual sites. c. The vendor will supply and run new composite cable from each of the access doors back to the corresponding server room where the enclosure and nodes will be located. d. Each door will have a new card reader supplied and installed at the doors by the vendor. (read in/out where required) e. Provide the proper electronic hardware that each door or access requires. Preferred electronic hardware is included in equipment list. f. Program and test the systems for proper operation to include central monitoring at NHJB. g. Install the network nodes with power supplies throughout the facility to accommodate all the doors. h. Designated doors will have door release buttons installed for them.
