The objective of this feasibility study is to evaluate if there is a need to recycle abandoned junk vehicles and clean up junky property throughout the state, identify if there are areas of the state that may have a greater need for assistance in cleanup of such properties, identify how much cleanup projects could cost, and evaluate potential funding programs (public or private) that could help pay for the cleanup of eligible properties. The study should include researching what other states may have in terms of programs that addresses recycling vehicles and cleaning up junky properties, primarily through recycling. The Contractor will be responsible for all equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and lodging, if necessary, to meet or exceed the Agreement specifications.
