This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is seeking proposals for a standard 5-day/evening weekday cleaning service. Please provide a start-up procedure with your timeline. The selected vendor will provide required equipment, supplies (OPERS will provide large and small trash can liners, black trash can liners for the daycare and fitness centers, toilet seat covers, M-fold towels, toilet tissue and anti-bacterial soap). The selected vendor will also provide operational and safety instruction to all assigned janitorial staff under your supervision prior to the available starting date for the purpose of cleaning this building in a safe and professional manner. The initial term will be 3 years beginning at 12:01AM, January 1, 2025 and ending at midnight, December 31, 2027.
