Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The purpose of this service is to provide case management services to the family and/or child in a country outside of the United States. Services shall be available to any child regardless of citizenship status or country of origin. The service includes: 2.1.1 Case Management of child in another country; 2.1.2 Home evaluations/home studies, which may include foster care, relative placement, guardianship; 2.1.3 Coordination of DNA and other types of testing; 2.1.4 Child Welfare Checks; 2.1.5 Community Resource Assessments; 2.1.6 Relative Tracing; 2.1.7 Document Tracing; 2.1.8 Travel coordination for visitation or placement; 2.1.9 Post-placement visits and reporting; and 2.1.10 Translation.
