Field verify operation of existing refrigerant monitoring system, located in mechanical room, and make necessary repairs or replacement as required to provide a function refrigerant monitoring system. Replace entire refrigerant monitoring system as needed to provide a functional ventilation system. B. Provide and install a new roof mounted exhaust fan. Fan shall be installed on existing structural members. Fan shall connect to existing electrical in area. Fan shall have duct extended down to terminate one foot above finished floor. C. Flash roof curb in accordance with details and requirements from roofing manufacturer as required to maintain roof bond. D. Connect and integrate new fan with existing refrigerant monitoring system. Provide proof of operation and test and balance report on new fan and system. E. Integrate with existing control system provided by JCI.
