Provide a fully integrated, permit tracking software system for the processing of land use permits, including, but not limited to building permits, planning approvals, zoning approvals, historic district approvals, driveway permits, right-of-way permits, water-deduct meter permits, sewer connection permits, building inspections, engineering permits and for the tracking of code enforcement cases to streamline the community development process and promote operational efficiency. The system must be parcelbased with GIS capabilities and will preferably offer ArcGIS integration. Web-based access (including mobile-friendly access) is a requirement in order to provide a citizen portal and contractor access, as well as functionality that will allow field staff to directly access site data and edit permits and inspections.
