Vendor shall ensure software meets the following requirements: a) Vendor shall include with its software any technical assistance that will aid in its maintainability and functionality for the end users. b) Vendor shall ensure software integrates with existing legacy systems furnished by the OCTO. c) Vendor, upon the rolling out of the website/webpage, shall have prior DOES approval with regards to the quality of the content provided. d) Vendor shall ensure platform is user friendly for all general audiences that visit the website/webpage and for DOES staff who pull tracking reports from software. e) Vendor shall ensure software tracks visits. f) Vendor shall ensure software works on all browser platforms (e.g. Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, FireFox, MS Edge, etc.) inclusive of any embedded videoed materials, sound or animations. g) Vendor shall work with OCTO to ensure software abides by the DC Government’s security protocols and that software is protected by DC Government’s firewalls. h) Vendor shall ensure the DOES and OCTO are abreast of any new versions of the software and software is updated accordingly for maximum functionality and reliability.
