1. Offerors will assist in the following: a. Background and discovery strategic insight b. Planning campaign creative concepts c. Campaign production services, including photography and video for billboards, direct mail, digital/internet, print, radio, social media, television d. Digital marketing strategy and execution e. Brand Development f. Search engine optimization website strategy g. Paid media placement h. Comprehensive event management 2. The awarded Contractor(s) shall be required from time to time, upon request of the ACD, to assist with one or more of the services below: a. Provide brand strategy and planning b. Develop media plans based on the ACD’s marketing objectives and strategies c. Provide public relations services as requested by the ACD d. Provide media relations services as requested by the ACD e.
