Season ticketing, Packages and Series Specific Tickets o Season ticketing is done as a package. We require software that allows us to categorize shows and add them into a package. This package should be only accessible to specific site-based roles and coded patrons. Packages should have the option to limit package purchases to certain time frames and number of tickets per event. We require the ability to code patrons as specific types and limit the ability to view and purchase packages to specific codes. o The ability to create and suspend orders under patron accounts. Notification sent to patron of suspended order. o Ability to send out group emails to patrons attending specific events. Must be able to include patrons that choose “do not send.” Preview email before sending and set specific time for emails to go out. o Must be able to pull report accessing purchased tickets for specific events with name, ticket types and total number within the party Event Description and Display o The new software must have a space for photos, a description of the event, and a customizable map o Events should be categorized by revenue accounts that will be set up in event creation. o The revenue for each performance should be displayed by account in Daily Account Sales Report. o Ability to create multiple ticket types. o Compatible with Android and Apple devices used for scanning.
