The School District of Janesville, herein referred to as “District”, is seeking proposals for employee benefits consulting services. The Districts objective is to obtain a firm to meet its specific employee benefits and insurance consulting needs. The consultant advisor would review every facet of the district’s benefit plans, and provide ongoing advice, counsel, and recommendations in the areas of legal and regulatory compliance, benefit plan design, market benchmarks, and best practices. The preferred consultants should be capable of analyzing historical claims data and recommending strategies to manage benefit cost effectively. Additionally, the consultant would act as a resource for the Employee Benefits team and District Administrators.
