DETAILS: Remove old existing banners and install new banners at 29 different library locations into existing frames. All banners are either on the outside wall of the building or in a freestanding frame in the yard. Most locations have one banner, but some have more. Most locations are accessible at any time, but 8 locations are gated and accessible only during the hours listed in attachment.
