The Successful Bidder shall collect all yard waste that is placed curbside from each full-service unit on the scheduled yard waste collection day. When yard waste volumes are high, the Successful Bidder may collect yard waste on days other than the regularly scheduled yard waste collection day. The Successful Bidder shall provide proper notification to the County and receive permission before collecting yard waste on a non-scheduled day. Collections made on any day other than the scheduled day shall not be substituted for the regularly scheduled yard waste collection day. The Successful Bidder shall collect all yard waste at a unit or within a Service Area on a collection day. However, the County will cooperate closely with the Successful Bidder during peak season. 16.5 Delivery of Yard Waste - Delivery of yard waste to the County’s designated facility shall occur during the same day the yard waste is collected and shall be dumped at the specified areas provided by the County, in accordance with the designated facility’s operating policies and procedures. Delivery of yard waste may be delayed if permitted by the County.
