1. Approximately, up to 140 hours per month will be required to perform these services. 2. Assigned regions can vary, and may include the following: a. Region I - to include but not limited to Jefferson Co, etc. b. Region II - to include but not limited to Carrol, Trimble, Henry, Owen, Franklin, Woodford, Anderson, Bullitt, Spencer etc. c. Region III - to include but not limited to Metcalf, Monroe, Barren, Allen, Warren, Simpson, Logan, Todd, Christian, Trigg, Lyon, Calloway, Marshall, Livingston, Fulton, Hickman, Carlisle, Ballard, Graves, McCracken, Crittenden, Union, Webster, Hopkins, Daviess, etc. d. Region IV - to include but not limited to Meade, Hardin, Nelson, Washington, Boyle, Marion, Taylor, Larue, Grayson, Breckinridge, Ohio, Butler, Edmonson, Muhlenberg, etc. e. Recruiting Coordinators will be required to travel to Ft Knox, KY and any place required for staff, and cadet training to include but not limited to Frankfort, Ft. Knox, and regional National Guard Armories, etc. 3. Promote the Challenge Program and provide information to prospective applicants. 4. Develop, maintain, and correspond (in person, telephone, email, social media, letters, etc.) with a network of gatekeepers, sources of referrals, for at-risk youth including, but not limited to: Circuit Courts, school officials, mental health providers, and other state agencies to maximize recruits within the region. 5. Commended and directed to recruit at least one hundred (100) persons to be accepted ChalleNGe applicants for each fiscal year’s two residential classes. 6. Interview and determine applicant acceptability and ensure submission of a complete application for acceptability
