1. The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the scope of work as identified herein. 2. Bidders are responsible for obtaining accurate measurements and accessing the material, hardware, and equipment requirements during the mandatory site visit. 3. Removal of exiting damaged door and haul away. 4. Install new door with all components / materials need for a complete operational door. 5. Install all components per codes and manufacturer’s recommendations / procedures. 6. Make all necessary adjustments for fully function door. 7. Provide routine maintenance to all door components. To include lubrication and adjustments. 8. Coordinate with Saw’s POC for their scheduling of work on project. 9. The Contractor’s employees shall always wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). 10. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing security for his equipment and material as needed.
