• Provide and install 2 new exterior insulated commercial doors painted (color paint selected by county), door hinges with ball bearings, door frames, and commercial door locks keyed to existing key. • Existing Door Approximate Details: o East Hall Door-83 inches long and 39.5 inches wide o Main Door-79 inches long and 39.5 inches wide • Include glass window in each door, with grides between glass. • Include weather stripping and sweep. • Include closure, with the ability to hold open. • Include 1 door to have code to enter as well as key lock. Code must be able to be switched by staff only. • Include stainless steel kick plate on exterior and interior. • Include all electrical modifications as required. • Include grouting both door frames. • Start up and operation training. Completion must be by December 31, 2024. • Optional Bid 1 – Add Primus locks, keyed to existing Brown Co Parks
