The Scope of the contract work is to provide means to perform concrete roadway maintenance of defective areas including concrete panel replacement, concrete curb repairs, sidewalk and driveway repairs, and repairs of concrete pavement around drainage structures of street segments throughout St. John the Baptist Parish. Payment for work performed shall be on a unit price basis. This contract will be utilized by St. John the Baptist Parish to complete maintenance and emergency repair activities on their concrete roadways, per the pay items indicated in the bid form. This project consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and other resources necessary to complete the maintenance work per the pay items indicated the bid form. Contractors submitting bids shall be licensed under LA R.S. 37:2150-2165, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction.
