The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, operators, fuel, transportation (mobilization), tools, parts, supplies and any other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements of this solicitation. The contractor shall perform concrete replacement to an approximate 20’ by 2’ ditch (pictured below). The ditch is located at the entrance of the administrative building parking lot. Additional requirements are listed below. 1. The damaged concrete shall be cut and removed from the premises. 2. New concrete shall be poured and sloped to maintain adequate water diversion functionality of the ditch. 3. The contractor shall provide traffic control measures during the entirety of the work and cure timeframe. These measures shall include appropriate traffic cones and signage needed to divert parking cars and pedestrians to the other administrative building parking lot entrance.
