Provide to the Salem City Schools: A. Workforce and Labor 1. The awarded bidder shall provide all labor to perform the assigned task. 2. A foreman or supervisor shall be on-site anytime work is being performed. 3. The awarded bidder will check in at the main office of each location when arriving to perform services, before any work is completed. B. Equipment and Supplies 1. The awarded bidder shall provide all equipment to perform the assigned task. 2. The bidder shall provide current labels and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all pesticide products to be used, as requested. In addition, the brand names shall be provided for all application equipment, rodent bait boxes, monitoring and trapping devices, and any other control equipment that may be used to provide service, as requested. 3. At no point shall any product or equipment be accessible by students or staff. All products must be placed where they are inaccessible to children, faculty and staff at all times.
