Clarifier cleaning service to include quarterly and annual services for clarifiers located at two (2) locations in the Transportation Department's Big Blue Bus Facility. Services to include the following: Quarterly Bus Washer Service A. Clean & pump (2) 350 gallon trenches and catch basins within the bus wash lanes, consisting of water & mud, 4-8% solids and 0-1% oil. B. Clean & pump (1) 750 gallon recycle wash tank. C. Clean & pump (2) 2000 gallon holding tanks that consists of 6-8% solids and less than 1% oil. Quarterly Maintenance Building Pressure Wash Bay Service A. Pressure Wash splattered grease and dirt from bus hoists, wall and floor surfaces. Clean & pump grease, dirt and oil from (2) bus hoists and trenches. B. Clean & pump (2) 750 gallon holding tanks that consist of 12-15% solids and less than 1% oil. C. Clean and pump Clarifier located just outside of pressure wash bays. D. On a Bi-Monthly or As-Needed basis, pick up hazardous waste drums, absorbent oil, diesel fuel, gas, insecticides, DOT box, paint-related materials, lead acid batteries, and fluorescent light bulbs. Vendor to provide drums and/or DOT box as needed. Annual Service A. Clean & pump clarifier on west side of bus wash building. The clarifier has three chambers and a sample box. B. Clean and pump clarifier located in front of Maintenance shop bay 13. The clarifier has three chambers and a sample box. C. Steam clean Storm drains. There are 6 storm drains on the bus yard at 300 ft. per. There is 1 ribbon drain on east/exit side of bus wash bays.
