The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of Riverside County Fire Department is soliciting quotations for Netmotion Mobility and Diagnostic Client Software Licenses and Maintenance as detailed in Exhibit A of this solicitation for the Fire Departments ruggedized mobile electronic patient care reporting tablets used in field documentation of patient care. The software licenses allow for the departments patient care tablets and mobile data computers in the field to maintain resilient, reliable connections over multiple carriers and/or connectivity technologies while optimizing performance using data compression techniques. This allows the devices to seamlessly roam between public and cellular mobile data networks and private wireless networks, while prioritizing mobile data specific to operational need and allowing software updates/upgrade packages to be transferred in the background as connectivity permits on approved networks.
