Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA) (herein sometimes referred to as the State) to obtain competitive proposals from bona fide, qualified proposers to assist with restoration planning and a variety of environmental compliance services that will enhance the capability, efficiency, and responsiveness of the CPRA to conduct Natural Resource Damage (NRD) restoration planning for the recovery of damages for injuries to natural resources and services resulting from incidents in Louisiana. These services include assistance with NRD restoration planning under the Oil Pollution Act (OPA), the National Environmental Pollution Act (NEPA), and compliance with all state and federal regulatory statutes. Additionally, these restoration planning activities will often be conducted in close coordination with other state and federal agencies. Thus, CPRA is seeking assistance in carrying out its NRD responsibilities in regards to restoration planning and the associated environmental compliance services that will enhance the capability, efficiency, and responsiveness of the CPRA to conduct NRD restoration in Louisiana.
