St. Tammany Parish Public School Board (STPSB) is requesting proposals for qualified vendors to supply and install hardware, software, and maintain all components of an Electronic Door Access Control System. Our objective is to review, purchase and have a vendor install, repair, and provide maintenance for the access control system at all STPSB schools and offices. The St. Tammany Parish School Board (STPSB) is interested in the total scope ofservices offered by the vendors who have a focus on providing secure access control solutions. STPSB is seeking maintenance on the existing access control system, including approximately 4,500 doors that are already installed; new door installations - from installation of wiring of the components to configuration of any and all access confol system components. Qualified vendors must be licensed to install and maintain the access control system. STPSB is seeking a vendor that has broad and demonstrated experience in access control in school systems similar to STPSB.
