3.1. The cost of hemming new pants shall be included in the quoted price. No separate charge shall be allowed. 3.2. Tailoring services (alterations) rendered for used uniforms shall be charged. 3.3. Costs for sewing the patches, Velcro name strips and embroidery on shirts and jackets shall be included in the quoted price for shirts. No separate charges shall be allowed. The only exception is for tailoring services rendered on used uniforms. 3.4. The cost of changing the shoulder straps and pocket flaps on Explorer shirts to green shall be included in the price. 3.5. Alterations, tailoring, hemming of pants, and sewing of patches and Velcro name strips shall be completed within ten days. 3.6. The County shall be given credit for damaged and returned items within five business days. 3.7. There shall be no restocking fees or other charges for returns of damaged or incorrect items.
