Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rexburg Idaho is desiring to build a New Police Station Facility Project in the City of Rexburg. To build a new facility, it will likely be necessary to secure a general obligation bond, which would have to be approved by vote in the future by the residents of Rexburg. Rexburg is desiring to work with the CM/GC to help develop some preliminary cost estimates and designs of a potential New Police Station Facility to present to our City Council and potentially to our citizens as a potential ballot request that would also provide tax affects related to property owners if they were to choose to pass a general obligation bond to fund the project. The city has been and will continue to save money in reserve to help reduce the needed potential obligation amount to our citizens for the chosen facility. Serve as the General Contractor and as a licensed Construction Manager,including: o Work with a qualified Architect and city and complete the final design of the construction project o Manage the construction process including the coordination, planning,trade contractor management, submittals management, procurement of long-lead material items, and requestsfor information; o Plan and provide general condition services such as site management,mobilization, storage areas, staging, et cetera o Obtain permission and coordinate access with public and privateproperty owners implicated by the constructionactivity. o Review and negotiate change orders, and resolveissues and claims; o Coordinate safety programs, and maintain a safe job site; o Ensure project quality and conduct and coordinate inspections; o Update construction schedules as required to meet project milestones; o Conduct and document coordinationmeetings; o Maintain records, record documents, and manuals;
