Scope of Work The Firm will be responsible for: • Provide and Install a Design Build Bosch Intrusion Alarm System to meet the Patterson Joint Unified School District standards • Site should have a master keypad at the admin building location, and each building group should have its own keypad able to arm and disarm independently • Total of 7 keypads with the main office panel being the master keypad • Program system with 4 different master codes and a separate code that would only disarm the zone in which the panel is located • The site will utilize a Bosch 9512 or equivalent • Replace all door and motion sensors with upgraded wired in sensors “like for like” ● Total number of motion sensors - 57 ● Total number of door sensors - 96 • Removal of the Existing intrusion system head end and peripheral field devices • Install and terminate field devices, make up back boards and head end systems covered in the proposal • Provide Shop drawings, label devices in accordance to site plans, and submittal data • Technical/Commissioning/Programming and Testing Labor provided by NICET Certified, State Certified Fire/Life Safety and Factory Trained/Certified Technicians. • 1 year warranty on all Labor and Materials
