The power system shall include: • 24V system • 4 x 12V 200Ah AGM batteries • 7-10 day estimated runtime (dependent on geographic location and sunlight) • Multi-staged smart battery charger • 120VAC recharging system. The ALPR camera system shall conform to the current requirements needed to consume the data into the LEARN software system. The ALPR shall have the following capabilities: • Two (2) L5F ALPR cameras • LEARN ALPR monitoring software. • Tablet, Windows OS, 250 GB, and collapsible keyboard. The radar shall be FCC compliant approach - only K-band radar. The messaging component of the trailer must adhere to the following specifications: • Touchscreen controller for easy message programing • Preprogrammed messages and bold arrow patterns • Remote sign display management capabilities • Multi-level security restricts access to control messaging. • Internal clock facilitates built-in schedule programming.
