1. All work shall be performed in accordance with the current versions of the ANSI A300 Pruning Standard, ANSI Z133.1 Safety Standard, and Best Management Practices - Tree Pruning (companion publication to the ANSI A300 Pruning Standard. The contractor shall follow all regulations, standards, and procedures in accordance with the Administrative Regulation Manual part III, Occupational Safety and Health Standards 1910.266 OSHA Standards for General Industry Part 191.67(2) (viii). 2. All work shall be performed within Citadel owned property or maintained right-of-way. 3. The Contractor shall provide a minimum of one (1), four (4) person crew per day with the required equipment when requested. Vendor shall provide for planned/unplanned (emergency) tree pruning services, brush removal, and tree removal to maintain desired vertical/horizontal clearances and respond to safety related issues. Specific locations are to be determined as required. 4. The Citadel will make every effort to provide a sufficient quantity of work when services are requested. 5. The Contractor may be paid two (2) hours show-up time for the services requested, if the Contractor is on site and unable to perform the work due to circumstances approved by the Contract Administrator (i.e. inclement weather). The Citadel reserves the right to determine if the Contractor qualifies for show-up time.
