• One (1) container needed • Container shall be in new/one-time use condition. • Picture(s) of the container offered are required with your bid response. • Container dimensions shall be 40’ long, 8’ wide, and 8’6” tall • Container shall be wind and water tight. • Container shall have two sets of doors, one set on each end. • Contractor shall provide a minimum 5-year leak and structure warranty. • The agency prefers a dark color, but will accept any color if no dark options are available. • Container shall be delivered and set-in-place on existing asphalt surface within thirty (30) days after receipt of order (A.R.O.). Delivery and installation costs shall be included in bid price. • Commercial liability insurance is required for the unloading and installation per section III: General Terms and Conditions, T: Insurance. Certificate of Insurance “COI” is required to be sent to the contract officer (amanda.polk@dvs.virginia.gov ) prior to delivery
