1. Assessment 2. Application Support 3. Server and Workstation Administrative Services 4. Network Maintenance and Administration 5. Installation and/or maintenance of all network devices, configuration changes, patch installations, and cabling. Proactive monitoring of network, equipment, performance and capacity, data security, as well as troubleshooting. Documentation as required. 6. Email maintenance to include set up and deletion of City email accounts as requested by Human Resources for new hires and employee terminations 7. Monitoring and maintenance of security systems to include virus protection, security audits, cyber policy recommendations and employee training 8. Must obtain SLED certification 9. Provide 24-Hour on call technical support 10. Provide an agreed upon number of on-site hours per week of technical support 11. Provide Offsite Data Backup Services. 12. Planning, Design and Installation to include future system enhancements and/or upgrades to include hardware, software and transfer of data 13. May or May Not Include a. Assistance or negotiation to purchase hardware, cabling, licenses, etc. from the vendor or a third-party vendor.
