The State is looking for firms interested in providing professional Architectural/Engineering services for the project referenced above. The project scope will involve the design, bid and construction for Technology Center, Renovate Amphitheater and Commons Area at the Mitchell Technical College in Mitchell, South Dakota, OSE # TCM25--02X. Project includes the renovation of the Technology Center’s amphitheater and commons area. Work to include the interior renovation/updating of the existing amphitheater and adjacent hallway/commons areas. It also includes the renovation of the existing office suite to a conference room and the renovation or relocation of the existing restrooms. The construction budget for the project is $1,700,000.00, but be advised that this number is subject to change. Construction is anticipated to occur in October of 2025. The procurement method for this project will be Construction Manager at Risk.
