1.1. The purpose of this bidding is to establish a Framework Agreement for the registration of prices of newly manufactured weapons and accessories. This will be carried out in accordance with the conditions, quantities, and requirements set out in this RFQ and annexes. 1.2. This bidding is for the registration of prices (Framework Agreement) for the acquisition of FN Herstal rifles in accordance with the conditions, quantities and requirements set out in this RFQ and its annexes. No similar or alternative items will be accepted. 1.2.1. The Part Numbers listed in Table 1 - List of Materials/Services refer to products manufactured by FN Herstal. Please note that only ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT parts will be accepted by the end user. Your quotation must clearly state/confirm that you are offering similar parts.
