Objectives ● Conduct a needs assessment through surveys, interviews, and focus groups with key stakeholders, including students, parents, community members, teachers, staff, and administrators, to gather input and foster buy-in for the strategic planning process. Data Analysis and Benchmarking ● Conduct a Comprehensive Needs Assessment to analyze district performance data and benchmark to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, inform decision-making, and prioritize strategic initiatives. Strategic Plan Development ● Collaborate with district leaders to define strategic priorities, goals, and objectives. ● Develop actionable strategies and detailed implementation plans, including timelines, responsible parties, and key performance indicators. ● Collaborative work with the District’s Board to create goals to frame the plan Implementation Support and Monitoring ● Establish a monitoring and evaluation framework to track progress. ● Facilitate and provide direct support for action planning and implementation of the strategic plan. ● Creation of a long-term plan for annual community involvement and meaningful feedback loops. ● Advise on a reporting structure/framework that allows stakeholders to easily understand our annual strategic goals and progress toward them. ● Plan new systems while building a self-sustaining culture of innovation that gives District teachers and leaders the support and coaching they need to implement in the long term.
