a. This work must be completed in spring, following the cessation of rains and before long summer days begin. Approximate time frame is April 15-June 1. b. Conservatory work site is accessible from 7a.m.-3:30 p.m. 7 days a week c. Provide a boom lift appropriate for access to the work areas, include delivery, pick up and rent for duration of work. Electric boom lifts strongly preferred in alleyways along greenhouses d. Provide 1”plywood protection when moving boom lifts on grass e. Map and measure broken glass panels. Replacement glass must be identical size and type of laminated safety glass. f. With replacement glass on hand, remove Dow Silicone Extrusion and caulking, replace broken glass and reinstall Dow Silicone Extrusion on new glass per manufacturer’s instructions and specifications shown in Attachment 1D. g. Clean glazing using water, Reduclean, and non-abrasive pads only. Use of pressure washer not acceptable. When applying Reduclean ensure no staff or visitors are under the work area inside the building. h.
