The Janitorial Consulting Services agreement may include, but is not limited to, the following services: 1. Develop an in-house janitorial services program for the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. This program shall incorporate industry best practices, and innovative technology. This program shall include tools for job dispatching, performance audits, and customer focused cleaning and facility services. 2. Provide regular ongoing professional development training to Board employees on management and supervision of a janitorial staff. The goal of this training is to further develop and improve the quality of the management oversight and supervision through the training. 3. Oversee and provide additional training, and training materials for the janitorial team. The goal of this training is to improve productivity, quality of service and the overall customer experience. 4. Advise the Board on equipment purchases, and if requested, acquire equipment, chemicals, and supplies and other materials needed for comprehensive cleaning services for various airport locations, as outlined in Attachment A. Areas will include all concourses, terminals, administrative offices and other areas, all interior public areas, restrooms, pet relief areas, gate hold areas, jet bridges, TSA Areas, Federal Inspection Service Areas including offices, Taxi Lounges, ARFF Facility, Airfield Maintenance, and any south campus buildings. Any additional areas that NOAB adds through designated procedures may also be added as necessary.
